Is it financially worthwile to use hollywood starts as VAs in games?

I totally loved Patrick Stewart as the Emperor and Sean Bean as Martin in Oblivion, but honestly it's seldom worth it to hire pricey Hollywood actors.

The money is better spent elsewhere. 'Normal' voice actors do their job very well mostly.
