Seeing the somewhat unimpressive sales of last week ww I think its hard to imagine the PS3 topping one million in one week this holiday season, even with FFXIII on the steps in Japan. Japan is simply too small a market for a big enough impact and there's really no huge reason why it would move in the zounds in Eu/Others region on top of that.
The NA situation is interesting though, the PS3 is managing something no one thought it ever would simply by way of good bundles; keeping up with the 360 in its supremely best territory (3-4 k off is not exactly a huge lead when we're talking 200k + numbers).
