Black Friday is only in the US, Wii sold somewhat under expectations for Black Friday. Decreases after Black Friday were offset by the NSMBWii increase in Japan and the seasonal increase in Others.
Contrast that with the PS3 which sold well above expectations for Black Friday due to agressive bundling and won't see it's Japanese increase for another week. It also benefited from the seasonal rise in Others.
