This is true, but The Wii remote control method is synonymous with the Wii. It's safe to say that all Wii owners have atleast one Wii remote, from which an unknown subset own Classic Controllers. Since it seems some developers are still struggling to use it as well as Nintendo, I'd argue that WM+ support from these devs wouldn't make any sense until they master use of the Wii Remote. By the sounds of it, this is no easy task.
