Gamecube was a great failure for Nintendo and it got tons and TONS of 1st party titles. Why should they do the same thing with the Wii if now they have success? If you're not happy with your Wii, don't play it, then wait 'til end of 2010 and come back to see what's going on.

lol, people assume that since the GCN didn't sell as many units as the PS2, that it is a failure. They don't have the knowledge to know that Nintendo made lots of profits off the system.
I think people like that are people who were upset that GCN didn't have Grand Theft Auto or Halo.

Oh no really not! I didn't mean it was a failure because of it didn't have GTA or Halo! I'm a huge fan of Nintendo and never bought GTA or Halo... I only own a Wii and a DSi system and both can give you tons of experiences.
I meant, in terms of sales, the GCN was obviously the last one. If Nintendo made benefit on it, good.
In 2005, many Sony fans were thinking the PSP would crush the DS.... HA HA ha... Now the DS is going to break the PS2 record and also surpass the PSP that is the last one... Nintendo will not die.

Well, in pure sales numbers, yeah, but you know Nintendo made roughly as much profit as Sony did last gen, right? So if we're going by profits, Nintendo did great.
