That must be the difference between you and I.  I have never once in my life said that I could return a tennis ball that Roger Federer missed.  I might have said that HE should have returned it, but not once that I would have returned it.  See the difference?

Indeed, but who are you to say that he should have returned it, when you couldn't return it yourself.

Of course, there are exceptional circumstances where you could have returned it.
