Wrong, Mario doesn't know difficulty.
Mario doesn't know level creation.
And most importantly, Mario doesn't know how to get a game on PSP.
This way, he will know.

Mario wouldn't know the diffculty of a level since he relies entirley o nthe player and only that player could justify difficulty. Mario doesn't need to know level creation since the player would be in charge of the construction, and why would he want to know how to get a game on PSP while he's simply happy enough on the DS.

Exactly, and as already stated in this thread, Mario doesn't have a difficulty... LBP does. This is why LBP > Mario in the eyes of the industry, and gamers alike.
The player being in charge of the construction is a good thing, and also offers limitless opportunities for awesome levels. Not just a few worlds.
DS doesnt have PS3 interoperability. PSP does. Therfore PSP wins!
