I was just about to bump this 
Anyways, PS3 just sold 762k.
Boosts from last week -
WW - +402k (Mainly due to BF)
Americas - +338k (BF boost)
Japan - +9k (Christmas boost starting to appear?)
Others - +54k (Christmas boost?)
(Take above as a rough estimation with rounding up/down)
America will likely be way down next week, but i have no idea by how much...
Japan is likely to increase every week until FF13, where we should see massive sales.
Others gained 54k without any (afaik) SW releasing. Could see a pretty huge December in Others.
