I think Sengoku Musou 3's really being held back by the platform to be honest. Looking at Monster Hunter G/3, I sort of think Koei should've taken a similar approach and quick-ported Sengoku Musou 1-2 to Wii (bundled together, like Musou Orochi 1-2/Z on PS3) six months ago to start building an audience. As is, I think the majority of Musou fans will probably just sit it out and wait for the inevitable 360/PS3/PS2/PSP ports. :/

On the other hand, it may attract enough Musou fans to Wii to start ensuring the platform starts getting ports of future titles too (ie: Hokuto no Ken Musou, Gundam Musou 3, Shin Sangoku Musou 7, Musou Orochi 3, Shin Sangoku Musou Multi-Raid 2, etc).  Really, this is something Koei should've started doing YEARS ago, but better late than never I guess...

Well said. I've said it before that Koei didnt do enough to build the SW audience on the Wii. They should've added more to the Wii library, especially since the series is already in decline. Capcom did well to build the MH audience but Koei couldnt follow that. Mind you it will do respectable numbers, but i was hoping at least 250k+ first week.
