UbiSoft needs to pick up there game. Yes I was pretty happy to see UbiSoft supporting the Wii out of the gate. I thought this meant Ghost Recon and Red Steel esque games. But so far all I've seen is one Raving Rabbids game after another plus a dozen pieces of casual junk. Shovel ware central. But I was sort of happy to see RedSteel2 but again they changed the art style to cell shaded in an attempt to appeal more to the Wii's user base.

I think UbiSoft's unpredictable market statement is refering to the casual games they flooded the market with aren't selling as well as they did in the past. But I think that is because casual gamers aren't hardcore they don't spend as much on games and in turn won't make consistant purchases.

I suspect Rabbids, TMNT, RedSteel2 and Shaun White will probubly all push over 100k. I wouldn't be suprised to see UbiSoft start holding back on more casual content and perhaps giving us more hardcore content. Wouldn't it be awsome to see more action/shooter and mature games coming from UbiSoft? Their latest fitness game bundled with the camera might also sell a bit!

But in the end UbiSoft is going to realize casual software isn't the only route to go to be successful on the Wii!
