What's the point of making the game if the intended effects and presentation is downgraded in the end result. Just like how they left nintendo and went with sony because of the audio capabilities of the ps1; Square is not interested in seeing their vision "compromised". They know whatever console they put the main series Final Fantasy on will sell well; thats why the wii's userbase is not going to persuade them otherwise. If you want the game so bad grab a 360 or PS3, otherwise most will be posting in forums while the rest of us are ridding chocobos into the plains of Final Fantasy 13.
