in ioi's article he says in the PS3 paragraph:
" PS3 sold nearly 400,000 units during the week - around twice as many as last year and significantly ahead of Xbox 360"
He put SIGNIFICANTLY ahead of 360 when the article first went up
hence I put "SIGNIFICANTLY OUTSOLD" in my thread title
