Gran Turismo 5: Prolouge? (unless you want to admit you paid for a demo 
) If you can bring yourself to play more than 1 racing game, DiRT 2 is a lot of fun.
Anyways, since you own Prince of Persia (lots of climbing, sort of repetative, but still good) you'll probably like Assassin's Creed (1 or 2, but 2 is supoosedly better) as the climbing in that game is so much fun. Let alone the flying through the air to stealthily assassinate someone.
Braid just came out for PSN
The Saboteur looks really good too.
Other than that, all my suggestions have been taken.
