You know, as funny as this story is, I really doubt it's real. Look at Pigsty Fred and his dusty PS3. I really, really doubt Tony is real and honestly - how often does anyone check their Mii Channel?
What in the devil will he say in court?
"Your honor, the reason I am divorcing my wife is because she was playing video games with a man."
"And you have proof, son?"
"Yeah ... here is exhibit A, your honor."
"And you think your wife is cheating on you with HIM?"
