if you are playing on PC , why not play it on PC too ? its much easier that way.
Within Temptation is good, you should check out Therion + Ayreon + Avantasia
Edit : and for Female vocals , Xandria (which i am listening to right now) , Epica , Leave's Eyes , Stream of Passion, Sirenia .... and well there are tons and tons of them.
