perhaps it is. However plenty of developers have no made money on Wii even on a small budget, so they fear trying their hand with a big budget. I also didn't say it wasn't a problem on the HD twins. What's illogical is to think that high development costs can only effect either the HD twins or Wii, it can effect both. Third parties are scared to take risks on any console these days. Big budgets go to surefire hits and smaller titles end up on Wii and the downloadable services. Some developers take a shot and fail.
