Because they never have before, and likely never will. There is simply no plausible reason as to why they would suddenly care about anniversaries, and only with Zelda which isn't even their biggest franchise. If they don't care about anniversaries when it comes to Mario or Pokémon, they don't care about anniversaries, period.
