How long does it take to beat this game?

Were you trying for a speed run or is it really that short? I was expecting a bit longer adventure from an open world game.

Do you think the early Pokemon games are short ? They took me about 12 hours as well until I saw the credits.

Granted, there is not that much to do in AC2 in comparison to Pokemon games, but you can still expect a few hours more playtime, especially when you're trying to get the platinum trophy/1000G in the game.
