I looked it up. As I thought it was developed by Petroglyph.
(Eveyone needs to know that the true westwood lives on as Petroglyph.)
They also made a pretty cool Star Wars strategy game if I'm not mistaken.
Universe at war seems like a good game. I'll have to find out more about the gameplay though. Red Alert 1 is one of the best RTS games I have ever played, so I do feel confident that Petroglyph can make good games.
It would be nice to play a true westwood-style RTS again. The EA games are just buchering westwood's IP
