well if Mario sold 250k in japan 1st week, 300k in europe this week (out on the 16th, pal region, so really 3 days only) and 600k in US (ioi guessing), that's still 1.2 M worldwide first week of sale, without being black friday (US) or Christmas (WW) or january (weird japanese). still on track to be immensely successful.
