Activision: 360 version of Modern Warfare 2 outselling PS3 vesion 2-1

So this isn't Activision, just Microsoft?

If so, this is Microsoft comparing MW2 sales between PS3 and 360 only when it comes to the two territories the 360 is strongest in?

Also, how do they know PS3 sales? Just curious here.
