Bobbuffalo; my point is this; the dual analog controller was underway and in the works before Nintendo even unveiled the N64 (and named it that) and was based on the technology in their previous analog joystick controller for flight sims and not the N64 gamepad like many like to believe.

The N64 controller and the first dual analog controller were thought out and made at the same time. Two companies with the same idea, imagine that... You say I twist things, well I don't, I just disagree that the first dual analog controller was based on the N64 gamepad and was rather a mash-up of the dual analog joystick and the old PS gamepad.
I'm not saying Sony has never copied anything (everyone does, just look at today's videogames and movies, not many original products these days) but they did not copy this particular thing.
