PS3 was at 94k last week in NA.  I have a feeling the 70% figure is rounded...  if not and the PS3 got slight boosts from something then the 360 will fall just shy this week.  I still think it will definitely be above PS3 WW next week though after the entire week long Walmart deal plus MW2 bundles and boost.

Agreed, but the boost from MW2 will obviously be higher on the 360 given the bundles and the higher popularity of the title on that console.
