so L4D not exclusive but still console exclusive  ... that doesn't change much if you ask me

Of course it is not console exclusive, because it is also released on the PC, and the PC is not a console.

Console exclusive means exclusive to one console.

The term you are looking for would be "exclusive to consoles".
