I was thinking about this and what it could mean for Nintendo.

What if Nintendo bundled the game with the system and sold it for $200? How fast do you think they would reach that 50% market share? I think this would be a good move if they wanted to increase market share, and make sure more Wiis find themselves into peoples houses.

If they were to price the bundle at $250, I really don't think it would do much and they might as well not even bundle it.

One downside I can think of with the $200 dollar NSMB bundle is that it would alienate people who bought the system say a couple days or even a week before the bundle would be released. It would seem like a rip off to those customers.

What do you guys think? Do you think it would be a good idea for Nintendo to bundle this game with the system at no extra cost in an attempt to increase market share? Or do you guys think they should just try to make the most money they can off of this one game and just sell it like normal and be boring about it?

I think if they want to increase market share, this is the ONE game they have to be able to do it with. It is a game that can appeal to the blue ocean and long time gamers alike.
