Why do people call Ratchet and Clank kiddy?

Because you play as a animal?

And you say last year you got Resistance 2 you know Isonamic made that and Ratchet and Clank.

A game is mature because it has blood or human characters?

Anyways...

Infamous made by Sucker Punch a kiddy developer Sly Cooper trilogy and Rocket Robot On Wheels on N64.

Uncharted Naughty Dog is also a kiddy developer Crash Bandicoot PS1 trilogy and Jax & Daxter PS2 Trilogy.

All of Sony's top developers are kiddy developers so yes Sony is hardcore kiddy.

Hehe and another falls for it.

If you want a serious answer the reason someone would seriously call R&C kiddy is the same reason someone would call Mario kiddy, it justifies their console of choice, and "puts them above" those that play kiddy games.

But since you're new you must know Rol does a lot of satire, making reference to similar situations between gamers but putting the shoe on the other foot and people get highly upset because they don't realize the point of satire.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the point of satire to be funy?

As gnizmo pointed out, the thread is funnier than the OP. And that's just sad.

Ever read Gullivers Travels?  That book is rarely funny and entirely satire. Here's a little help :P

sat⋅ire

–noun

1. the use of irony, sarcasm, ridicule, or the like, in exposing, denouncing, or deriding vice, folly, etc.
2. a literary composition, in verse or prose, in which human folly and vice are held up to scorn, derision, or ridicule.
3. a literary genre comprising such compositions.

So Rol wasn't trying to be funny?

In that case, he succeeded.

Maxwell's reply was more researched, but I personally preferred Gnizmo's.
