Their latest estimates were 17.5 million Wiis shipped for the current fiscal year, no? They had 5.85 million last year, so that would be 23.35 million total. Not my estimate, I'm just quoting George Harrison here and by his quote their production capacity for the current fiscal year would max out around 18 million.
