Aren't violent crime rates down over the past 30 years in most countries?
Anyways, during the two years I lived in Toronto (ok, Etobicoke... Alright Rexdale!) I was mugged once on Halloween. It was 3 guys out making some mischief, no weapons or anything like that. Still though, scary stuff. So where was I?
Oh yeah, It's hard to start a serious thoughtful thread about crime with "I sick and tired of people saying black on black violents is not working"
