Its not possible since many have said the 2.0 Universal Serial Bus can't transfer a lot of data. The NES, SNES and N64 were possible due to the cartrigde connecting directly to the systems motherboard through a slot. The NES and SNES were able to use external co-processors by attaching them in the game pak. The N64 Expansion Pak also connected to the mother board to give it the extra bump in graphics.
