I say if you want a fun game and don't care about graphics or presentation, there is a bunch of flash games on the internet that you can play for free, or roms you can download too.

You were cherry picking you got called on it and now you are trying to change you argument.  A reviewer is allowed to weight any aspect of the review any way they like.  A game doesn't have a natural or true mean score that reviewers scores must be distributed around. 

And isn't it just shocking that a site openly admits giving greater weighting to gameplay over technical aspects of the game, how outrageous, what ever is the world coming to. 

You can't go on a crusade trying to explain this supposed Nintendo bias, when you have yet to provide any kind of substantial evidence that it exists and ignored evidence to the contrary.
