Depending on what the person did, it is OK to set a bond or bail. However, taking a person's videogame system is not a illegitimate option. At the very least, the Judge should be suspended. If his family really pushed the issue, in a world were government was more accountable, the Judge would be removed from the bench and the government would return the Wii along with monetary compensation. However, I would even expect something like that to happen in New Hampshire, let alone Canada where government is far beyond reasonable limits. |
well thats the thing, it may be temporary pushiment, but actually it affect more the kids than the parents. unless they are really poor.
and it looks like the kid did some serious damage for this being on court.
as the article says, he will get it back if he comply with all the court things, keep peace , live with her grampmother and court cites.
