But publishers get their money from the shipments so they don't really care if the game sells 300k with 3m shipment. It is problem for the retailers.

& we get games cheap quickly

its WIN WIN for us & publishers

but BAD for retailers

however in the future it may be bad for publishers, as for TEKKEN 7, retailers may tell Capcom to literally send them less shipments
