LOL I laughed the instant I read he was called black. I understand this was a joke but this what pisses me off. This brings up the age old argument. When somebody says that a nude portrait they saw is inapropriate and perverted, they're the ones who are the perverts since that is all what they see in the painting, statue or game. This is what distinguishes us from them. As gamers, we see it as a game thats fun and nothing else, to painters and obsververs they see it as a fine work of art to some extent, and as to film, book and tv show buffs, they see it as an immersive story.
People are stupid if they call games like zelda, Reisdent Evil 5, or movies like 300 racist due to the portrale of the persians. Im suprised people haven't said anything about mario since he eats mushrooms, gets the money and saves the damsel in distress. They already said things about popeye, scooby doo, looney tunes, and tom and jerry (which is my all time favorite cartoons)
But enough about my rant ;this zelda article gave me a really good laugh. I guess the Hylians are the white supremacy and the guerudos the black minority. I don't know what race the Zoras fall under but they sures hell dont fall under mexicans (lol).
