HOLY SHIT a $40k fine and rank reduction for quitting a game?
That's brilliant. It works, too. I was in a team with all level 1-10s, and our opponents were a level 5, a level ~25 and three people in the mid 30s. Not only did nobody leave, we only lost by like 15 kills (deathmatch).
