Well to be honest, unless MW2 knocks it out of the park I would think the overall honours are likely to go to Uncharted 2. It seems unlikely that any other game will get higher overall reviews than it before the end of the year.
I'm sure NSMBWii will get a few nods but unless it's all kinds of awesome and then some it won't get overall honours.
