Sounds legit, we know they were working on Pilotwings, we know there was a Wii version of Brutal Legend in the works, and we know Lucas Arts was somehow still involved. It's really sad that Factor 5 was basically taken out due to Lair and Brash games going under. Factor 5 was on top of their game last gen and one failed project later they're gone.
Brutal Legend on Wii would have been fun though but its good EA actually thought about the quality before releasing a rushed port.
I think the German branch just needs to carry on and cut the losses, I mean they all started there, bring who they can to Germany and continue on, get Nintendo and Lucas Arts confident that the projects are good to go and they'll have two good titles to rake in the cash and start anew.
