Yeah, it's not a big deal, my gaming collection can be replaced (for a hefty price since I owned some rare ones) but life cannot, only thing I really lost in the fire was my dog, material things will just be replaced over time.

I'm so glad I found this copy cause he knocked off 10 dollars from his original asking price, and is going through his collection to see if he still has the players guide that it came with (pure awesome!) both of those for 40 bucks is a damn near steal.

Your dog died, that's so sad. I couldn't imaging losing my dogs like that.

Yeah, he is an ass. You know, he warned because I called one of my friends on this site "dumb" even though we were joking. God, what an idiot.
