If the Wii is highly successful I don't see Nintendo releasing a new system until 2011; if the Wii is unsuccessful enough that Nintendo releases a system in 2009 or 2010 I don't see Sony or Microsoft copying the Wiimote.
On top of that I suspect that (although Nintendo will probably not be pushing the technological limits) the Wii's successor will be far more inline in processing power with its competition than the Wii was; for $200 to $300 in 2011 you will (easily) be able to design and manufacture a system which is 4 to 8 times as powerful as the PS3.
