As for mac prices - from what i understand the only time when they are comparible is within the first 2-months ish from a new model launch. they never drop their prices but bring out revised hardware every year, so that means theres a good 80% of the year when mac prices are disgusting - and as a college student i despise how new model launches seem to be late in the year (read: after college students already bought their crap, meaning most mac buyers got price raped unless there was a good bonus deal - ala the free ipod touch last year or 2 years ago). bah... |
why the hell would anyone want home premuim? the upgrade cost to professional or ultimate would still be retarded. Might as well get the one use system builder editions.
