Flat software, declining hardware versus growing, and selling less revenue despite what, 7 million more Wii's in households now is beating the crap?
Yes Wii is very succesful but there are certain signs of weakness growing there.
If you look at Wii versus the HD consoles, which a publisher would look at PS3/360 as one (ports), PS360 is becoming quite dominant over Wii, then when you consider how little non Nintendo software sells on Wii, it really gets bad.
