Oh, I definitely see where J-Man is coming from. I find console "loyalties" disconcerting, and the championing of one system over another is just one particularly loud incarnation of that. It speaks, to me, of having entirely the wrong mindset for the hobby.

You can't change it, so why bother with it? I say, let people be, who cares about these "loyalties"? It doesn't cause me to lose sleep, or affect me in ANY other way. With that said, you could just ignore those people, it's that simple.

I don't believe in leaving things as they are when I have reason to believe that conversation will change them for the better, and conversation almost always changes things for the better. That's why I bother posting. It is also why you bother telling me these things you say, regardless of whether or not that is your conscious reasoning.
And no, I would rather not, because even the most .... rambunctious of console "loyalists" has good things to say from time to time.

I stand by my point, it's not affecting me in a detrimental way so I see no reason in complaining about it. That's my take though, you do as you please, I respect that, I just don't agree with it.

CGI...your acting way too defensive for no apparent reason.......this isnt a thread complaining about ads in sigs....its just a thread about "WHY" some members do so.
And BTW , we all arent affected by what people put in their sigs just so you know....

You were trying to twist this thread into something it wasnt.....a thread whining about people putting ads in their sigs....but W/E because right now its water under the bridge.
