Celebi is one of my absolute favorite pokemon. =(

If there's one thing they should have done with this remake, it should have been to make Celebi natively catchable. I mean, there is a shrine to it in Ilex Forest, make up some crazy set of conditions and make it appear there after those conditions are met

I have the exact same thoughts. It's silly that they haven't...or...maybe he's secret ala Arceus in Diamond/Pearl?
