Yes, but from my experience, PlayStation is synonymous with football, especially in the UK.

I would have thought, with recent PS3 sales and advertising, FIFA 10 would sell more on PS3.

The install base is 3.8m for the Xbox to 2.4m for the PS3, so it is very impressive that it is that close
