It took me 35-40 hours for 100%. This was probably my 5-6 completed Zelda game. I also tend to be on the slow side (for hardcore gamers) because I love going slowly, checking everything out (sometimes rechecking!) and really enjoying the game. Not to say those who speed through don't enjoy it. But I get 10 or so more hours of enjoyment =]
