No of course there aren't framerate issues anymore, but that was THE big reason why many reviewers rated the game lower than the Xbox version. Bad port (by Gearbox) just like Saints Row 2, Resident Evil 4 and GTA 4.
It has higher resolutions but a 2 years later release.... that doesn't make the game look better by reviewer standards
