I remember reading elsewhere that on a ps3 game about $27 dollars goes to the publisher. Xbox is about the same, and Wii is slightly less since they only charge $50 for games instead of $60.

That is true, I made a stupid mistake there. But even then the number seems very low. I mean, on average 360 titles seem to outsell their PS3 counterparts at around 3 to 1, so seeing the difference in revenue almost 13 to 1 just seems very strange.
