PS3 has zero games that sold over 10 million ,360 has only one, even combining multiplat sales you have only the games selling over 10 million on the HD twins, Halo 3, Modern warfare and GTA 4, by comparison PS2 had five 10 million sellers on its own

I'd like to point out something. How many of the Wii 10 millions sellers are 3rd party and how many of the PS2's are third party?? Last I checked the only 1st party PS2 game to hit 10Million was Gran Turismo 4 [Gran Turismo3 was close though]. Now how many of those Wii 1st party titles to sell 10 million, aren't either a long running Nintendo Franchise, or part of the "Wii" series?

The Wii isn't "saving the industry", it's really only strengthening Nintendo. Sure it's expanding the market but this is something SONY did with the PS1 and PS2 [it's arguable that the PS2 is still helping the market to expand]. This is something that the NES and arguably the SNES did...

So I really need to know how it's saving the industry because the spot light for 3rd party games seem to be on the HD systems and PC. You can say that 3rd parties are simply struggling to appeal to the Wii crowd, but 3rd parties don't have games with sales histories like Mario/Link/Pokemon etc. Also they can't make their own Wii fit rip-offs and expect to succeed. If I were to walk into a store and see a Nintendo Wii, Wii-Fit and some EA work-out game for the Wii... which would I go with???? The one made by Nintendo for their system.

EDIT: Gran Turismo 3 did hit a 10 Million. GT4 just did higher, while Gran Turismo 3 did better than GT2 which still sits at around 9.4Million.
