Yh but the only problem is most of them games arnt worth the purchase of the Wii to me. They are games i would get for dirt cheap if i had one but not games that would make me purchase a Wii.

And thats about it to be honest. The rest of the games to me are in the same catorgary as prototype. A gmae i would probably play when the price comes down but would never purchase a ps3 or 360 or pc for.
Games like smash bro's and tales are games i would probably pay full price for. And MK Wii is more of a purchase because of loving mario kart snes years ago.
So even though the are games that i would play on the Wii. I wouldnt enjoy them enough to justify a purchase of the Wii because they are too shallow.

dude come on now, the wii is only 200 dollars. there are games out now that you want, and games that will come out that you will want. and i dont believe that those three mario games are the only games that 'need' to be played. are you telling me that metroid: other m doesnt intrigue you? fucking cant wait for this game. also, there is a fucking ZELDA on the wii, and there will be another one next year (maybe 2011).
not to mention the wii has THE BEST downloadable content of the 3 consoles this generation. Virtual console and wiiware can stand alone as its own system if you ask me.

I am really a hard person to please. I buy consoles first and formost for games that i will play from begining to end. Not games that i will be like oh thats good then play for a bit then never really play it again.
The only thing that bothers me about the PS3 is that it doesnt really have pinball games and stuff like that, I like them kind of games but i just cant find non.
If i had a Wii only i would be like WTF. I really really aint trying to diss people who have it. But i just dont understand its appeal. Maybe it gives people new experiances and if thats the case then i need games that dont have an equal on the PS3 or 360/PC etc

Its appeal is that Nintendo made it. For me, that's literally it. I will buy any console Nintendo puts out because I know what is going to be on it. They have never failed me in the past, I don't see why they would now. Nintendo games don't appeal to some people like they do to me and many others, I suppose.
If you like pinball and have a DS, I would recommend Metroid Prime: Pinball. =]
