Pretty good list.
I could easily make a Top 50 list for 2010. Will be a great gaming year.

About a year ago or so. Not 100% confirmed, but about 90%
"Tom Crago, the CEO of Tantalus and the president of the Game Developers' Association of Australia spoke a bit on L.A. Noire, which has been silent for quite some time. He says the game, "it's got - I'd suggest - another year or so to go". So we won't be seeing it till at least late 2009.
He also mentioned that the game is not a PLAYSTATION 3 exclusive. It is coming to both the PLAYSTATION 3 and Xbox 360. Good news for 360 owners."
