So the wii has Dolby Pro Logic IIx, I'm confused. BTW- I'm still planning to get a wii even if the audio isn't that great. I just thought it was kinda of weird that they didnt upgrade but after reading the posts I see why it wasn't that big of a deal. I guess most people don't care about audio that much. |
No - Dolby Pro Logic IIx is basically just an extension of Pro Logic II. It takes what would go to the rear speakers and remaps some of the sounds to go to the surround back (7.1) speakers instead.
